Red Ale

This West Coast style IPA shows off with big doses of Tomahawk, Cascade and Centennial hops, yielding triple digit IBUs and an aggressive, floral aroma The hops are balanced with a full body and strong maltiness.
Blonde Ale

This medium bodied Kolsch style ale pours golden straw colour with a big white fluffy head that laces well. A bit of floral hops and malt make the taste clean and simple, with just enough spicy hop finish to dry things out. A refreshing summer beer.

Red: Côtes du Rhône (Domaine des Cèdres, 2003)

From St. Nazaire, in the valley of the Rhône River region. A wine that is strong in character and reflects the region - sun-filled, deep in color and redolent of flowers, herbs and spices. Very dry, with rich, earthy fruit flavors of plum and cherry enhanced by hints of black pepper and sweet cedar. A great food wine!
AOC Côtes du Rhône; 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 5% Cinsault
White: Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sure Lie (Guy Bossard, 2003)

Excellent Muscadet from one of the top producers in the region. A light, very dry wine with a slight spritz. Good intense fruit flavors from fermenting "on lees". Its tart citrus-like acidity refreshes and pleases the palate. From the French Atlantic seacoast, it is a perfect choice for shellfish or as an aperitif.
